<h2>REBECCA HARNED LIVES IN SUTTON.</h2>

<p>Rebecca first moved to New Hampshire in 1999 to attend Colby-Sawyer College. She moved back in 2017. <strong>In the last nine years, she has not lived or claimed residency anywhere outside of Sutton, New Hampshire.</strong></p><p>The information released by the New Hampshire State Republican Committee spun information about Rebecca's partner, a recently retired professional Firefighter who served Virginia's Fairfax County for over 30 years. He still owns a home in Annandale, VA. <span style="color: var(--color-text-accent-primary); text-decoration-color: var(--color-text-accent-primary);"><strong>Rebecca has never lived in Virginia. She has no ownership or residency claim to her partner's home in Annandale. </strong></span></p><p>Further, the public property record on file in Colorado is for a second home she purchased with her partner. If you check the public property record you will that <strong>the New Hampshire State Republican Committee omitted the Special Warranty Deed that specifically documents her home and place of residence in Sutton -- signed by a public notary in Merrimack County, NH.</strong></p>

<p>Every January, I join my neighbors at our local school district annual meeting. We debate budgets, ask tough questions and vote on what we believe our children’s education is worth.</p><p>In 2025, more than 1,500 people packed in the Kearsarge Regional School District’s annual Deliberative Session. It was the largest turnout anyone could remember. One question dominated: Should we cap school spending?</p><p>The answer wasn’t close: <strong>92% of voters rejected the proposal.</strong></p>
